Partner Success Specialist

This position is part of the Partner Success Team and is responsible for assisting and supporting all Partner Success Team job functions. Duties include, but are not limited to, Frontdesk onboarding efforts for all new clients; processing and executing renewals; and supporting/maintaining the relationships with partners once onboarded.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist and support Partner Success team where needed
  • Assist Director of Real Estate (DoRs) in closing deals (to include reviewing, editing & signing agreements)
  • Assist in the onboarding efforts for all new clients from introduction to unit live date
  • Schedule calls with all new clients to review our check in process, partner portal and any other important information before units are live
  • Ensuring a smooth transition for the client to the Partner Relations Team once units are live
  • Renewal negotiations with all partners across the entire portfolio (to include drafting sales proposals, seeking approval from upper management, signing contracts & completing the entire move out process if applicable)
  • Draft and analyze sales proposals
  • Work with other departments to gather reports, data points and stay current with their innovations
  • Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required if a project deadline is required. Saturday through Wednesday will be working days. Thursday and Friday will be off. 
  • This position is required to be on call for after-hours emergencies from Saturday to Wednesday after 5:00 PM and until 9:00 PM.
    • Monday-Wednesday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and after hours from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM.
    • Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM, and after hours from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM.
  • Perform Quarterly Check-in Calls with Partners
  • Perform partner visits if needed by the team, no more than once a quarter
  • Assist with the managing of portfolios
  • First point of contact for partners once they have been onboarded
  • Address all partner correspondence, to include questions and complaints, in a timely manner.
  • Lead city management team calls to discuss and address partner’s needs and concerns.
  • Audit Revshare reports monthly to ensure reports are accurate and up to date
  • Be a source of industry knowledge to our partners who rely on our expertise to increase revenue to our listings
  • ​​​​​​​Work with other departments to gather reports, data points and stay current with their innovations

Experience:

  • Property Management Experience (Required)
  • Data Analyst: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative/Clerical Data Entry: 2 years (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
