As Frontdesk’s Account Manager, you will be part of the marketing team and primarily build relationships to generate sales for month-plus stays. This is an outside sales position that will be responsible for finding opportunities and working with organizations to book stays. This role is new to Frontdesk so you will help build and define the sales process along with baseline quotas and incentive-based bonuses.


In this role you will:

  • Cold call/email companies/groups who have need for long-term rentals (LTR)

  • Build relationships with these organizations and serve as their contact

  • Establish quarterly sales goals and benchmarks. Develop and implement sales plan to achieve goals

  • Directly book individuals and manage payment and screening process

  • Directly book and manage in-bound long-term rental leads

  • Reschedule existing reservations to accommodate LTR bookings

  • When needed, book short-term rentals for clients from existing LTR accounts

  • Serve as the booking point of contact for LTR online travel agency (OTA) channels

  • Manage account relationships through regular email and phone correspondence - keep track of communication efforts while establishing a database of clients 

  • Develop standard operating procedures for LTR the Account Manager role

  • Participate in weekly marketing meetings, providing feedback and ideas on greater marketing team initiatives

  • Create sales collateral and presentations to assist with LTR sales efforts


You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Have over a year of outbound sales experience

  • Are comfortable cold calling/emailing

  • Are skilled at overcoming objections and getting to the decision-maker

  • Are organized and can manage and keep warm a book of business

  • Are tenacious and resilient

  • Enjoy being part of a team but also thrive with independent work

  • Are responsive on email, phone, and slack

  • Have strong comfortability with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Have broadband internet access


This role will initially be salary based but will eventually include incentive-based bonuses.
